Service Description

Initial Physical Therapy Evaluation completed at your home or a nearby clinic. The initial evaluation is a 60-minute session which includes the initial evaluation and initial treatment. Services are 1-on-1 with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Includes full head-to-toe assessment, personalized movement analysis, and development of your unique treatment plan.
